Eric G. Woods, Founder – Predictive Growth Institute
Predictive Growth Institute ROLE
As the founder of PGI, Eric developed, tested, and set the strategies for many of the models and methodologies used by the institute today. Mr Woods continues to be an active member of the institute, working with clients and internal resources to understand the impact of knowledge and data on small and medium sized businesses. Eric continues to help develop new measurement and data analysis theories and tools to provide executives with the tools needed to solve complex business, marketing, sales and channel strategies.
Eric has spent his career working with and as a senior executive, creating more efficient and effective marketing, sales, and operational strategies that impact short and long term growth and revenue cycles. With over 25 years’ experience, Eric has worked in large and small organizations; working within targeted geographies as well as global organizations. Besides his international work experience, Mr Woods spent 18 months studying the economic, political, and social aspects of business within 5 countries (England, Russia, UAE, India, and China). Eric launched his first company at 28, which developed channel marketing and sales strategies for some of the top technology, software, and media companies in the world. Mr Woods spent 3 years as president and founder of DataHive, and 4 years working for a Providence Equity backed media organization (Vendome Group). For almost 10 years Eric has been developing, testing, and proving the accuracy and functionality of the Predictive Growth and Performance Predictability Models. Over the past 6 years Eric has worked on and helped turn around organizations for York Street Partners, Corporate Environments, and HNI/Allsteel

Eric holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Mass Communications from Emerson College and an MBA in International Business from the Fuqua School at Duke University.
Bo Jackson, Senior Managing Director, Southeast – Transwestern
Bo Jackson serves as managing director and partner of Transwestern’s Southeast operations. In this role, Bo directs the firm’s agency, development and investment business efforts. He also oversees the firm’s full platform of commercial real estate services, executes new business development efforts and leads corporate recruiting strategies.
Bo is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, offering more than 30 years of diverse experience in the areas of leasing and sales brokerage, advisory, valuation, asset management, investment services, real estate development and project management. Over the course of his career, Bo has provided real estate solutions to multi-market corporations, local firms and both private and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Bo served as executive vice president for Colonial Properties Trust, overseeing a portfolio of approximately $3 billion in assets under management across 145 properties in six states. Before that, he held executive and director level positions with Beacon Properties and Hines and has served in various roles with other major real estate companies throughout the Southeast United States.

Bob Russell, Managing Director, Chairman – Wellfleet Partners
Wellfleet Partners Role
Bob Russell serves as managing director, chairman, and founder of Wellfleet Partners. In this role, Bob works with the Wellfleet investments from strategy to execution, to ensure these investments are aligned with the changes that need to occur to make sure operating models are sustaining value and maximizing growth and scalability. In this capacity Bob sits on the Board of Directors of Sandboxx; is the Chairman of the Board for ITA Holdings; and sits on the Executive Committee of US Lacrosse.
Bob has spent his career as an executive officer, being called upon to create efficiencies and martial in change for large and small, media, technology and financial organizations. Bob has over 30 years of experience developing Sales and Marketing organizations along with string Financial departments that impact revenue and profitability through efficiency, change, and acquisition strategies.
Bob spent 6 years as the President of the Construction Information Group at McGraw Hill as well as 3 years as President Lifelong Learning for the Thomson Corporation; 5 years as Chairman and CEO of Axeda Corporation and 4 years the Chairman of the Board for SG Blocks Corporation
